Salba Omega Popsicles (GF)
Description
A delicious summertime treat for the kids that are packed with heart-healthy Omega-3s. These Gluten-Free popsicles are easy to make and they will not sit long in your freezer!
Makes 6 popsicles.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened juice (orange or tropical blend)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries are best)
1 tbsp Salba Ground Seed
Cooking Instructions
Combine juice, yogurt, and Salba in a blender. Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, dropping in pieces of fruit.
Freeze overnight.
