The perfect lunch is finally here!! Salba is so versatile and neutral, it adds a fantastic crunch to your favorite salad. Try our version of a classic favorite.
Ingredients
Large bananas
Curry powder
Salted peanuts
Mandarin oranges
Flaked coconut
Chunked pineapple
mayonaise
Diced chicken
Chopped celery
Ground Salba
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken and celery in a large bowl
Add mayonaise and curry powder; then ground Salba and mix well
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes
Before serving, add pineapples, banana, coconut, and oranges then toss gently
Serve on salad greens if desired
Sprinkle with nuts
