Beef & Broccoli Salba Stir-Fry

This recipe is packed with magnesium and protein, but you would never suspect it is a health food. The Salba Ground Seeds blend seamlessly with the bold Asian textures and flavors, adding only high fiber content and heart healthy omega-3s. Serves 4-6.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef strips
1 lb broccoli florets
2 tsp brown sugar
1 lb white rice, cooked
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 small white onion
3 Tbsp Salba Ground Seed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp almonds, toasted and slivered
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp cornstarch, 2 Tbsp water, and garlic powder until smooth. Add beef and toss.
In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, stir beef in 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil until beef reaches desired temperature.
Remove beef from pan and cook remaining oil, broccoli, and onion for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Return beef to pan, adding soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, almonds, remaining cornstarch, and water.
Cook over medium-high heat, moving all ingredients vigorously in pan for 2 minutes.
Serve over rice.
