Herb & Salba Ricotta Spread
Description
A fresh and light spread that is great for your heart. Best served cold on warm pita, crostini, or chilled vegetables. Great for a summer gathering or picnic lunch.
Serves 8-10.
Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Salba Whole or Ground Seeds
1/2 Tbsp parsley leaves, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp dill sprigs, chopped
1/2 tsp sage leaves, freshly chopped
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly, being careful not to over-mix.
Spread on crackers, pita, crostini, or raw sliced vegetables.
